Partner Services Phone Representative (Part-Time Position) | Onsite at Langley, BC, Canada

Under the direction of the Operations Manager and the Phone Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming service and prayer calls from ministry Partners and Friends. This involves receiving and processing product orders, answering any inquiries and agreeing in prayer for any needs that the Partner or Friend may have. As well, you will make outgoing daily prayer or informational calls to Partners and Friends as required.

Responsibilities:

• Minister to Partners and Friends through direct telephone contact by praying the biblical prayer of agreement.
• Meet the customer service needs of callers including product orders and questions.
• Provide Partners and Friends with appropriate products to help in their spiritual growth.
• Participation in staff devotions and staff chapels that will include teaching from the Bible and Bible-based discussion.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent diploma with a preference given to someone with a College/University Degree.
• Proficiency in using a variety of software applications (i.e. MS Office, SalesForce, etc.)
• Previous ministry experience, an asset.
• Personal knowledge and agreement with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland’s teaching materials and beliefs.
• Spiritually and emotionally mature, portraying a godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behaviour of a born-again follower of Jesus Christ.
• Able to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good telephone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills to minister one-on-one with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good command of the English language and demonstrate clear verbal communication skills.
• Available to work flexible days and hours as a casual on-call employee.

Other Requirements:

• Born-again believer (KCM Partner an asset).
• Agreement with ministry mission, message and code of conduct.
• Ability to work well unsupervised and with others on the team.
• Speaking other languages would be an asset.
